Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Bachat Code website and Android app (the “Service”), run by Bachat Code. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Bachat Code is a platform where users share referral codes and public promo codes, and other users can unlock those codes for a small fee. We are not Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon, Flipkart or any other brand shown, and we are not connected to them. Offers belong to those brands and can change or end at any time.

3. Your account

  • Give us correct information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person may have only one account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Adding coupons

  • Add only referral codes and public promo codes that you have the right to share.
  • Do not add scratch cards, gift cards, gift vouchers, single-use personal codes, expired codes, fake codes or codes obtained by hacking or other unfair means.
  • Do not add the same code twice. Each user may add up to 10 coupons in 24 hours.
  • Every coupon is reviewed before it is shown. We may reject or remove any coupon without giving a reason.

5. Unlocking codes

Unlocking a code costs ₹1.00, taken from your wallet. We do not guarantee that a code will work or what benefit it will give. If a code does not work, you can get your money back as explained in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

6. Earnings for people who add coupons

  • You earn ₹0.50 each time another user unlocks your coupon and the code works.
  • Your earning stays “pending” until the buyer confirms the code worked, or automatically becomes available after 48 hours if no problem is reported.
  • If the buyer reports that the code does not work, the buyer is refunded and your pending earning for that unlock is cancelled.
  • Unlocking your own coupons, using several accounts, adding fake codes or any other trick to collect earnings is fraud. We may cancel such earnings, close the account and take further action.
  • Earnings are not a salary or a guaranteed income. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn, and we may ask for PAN or deduct tax where the law requires it.

7. Wallet

  • Money you add to your wallet can be used to unlock codes. It earns no interest.
  • Only money you earn from your coupons can be withdrawn. Added money cannot be withdrawn.
  • The minimum top-up is ₹10.00.
  • Your wallet is not a bank account. We may correct any balance that was added or removed by mistake.

8. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal once your withdrawable earnings reach ₹50.00. Payouts are sent to the UPI ID you enter, which must belong to you. We review and pay requests manually and aim to do so within 7 working days. We are not responsible for money sent to a UPI ID that you entered wrongly.

9. Things you must not do

  • Break the law or the terms of any brand whose code you share.
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools, or try to scrape or overload the Service.
  • Try to access other people’s accounts or any part of the Service you are not allowed to.
  • Spam, mislead, harass or pretend to be someone else.

10. Content and brand names

You keep ownership of the coupon details you submit, and you give us permission to store, display and use them to run the Service. All brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe offers.

11. Limits on our responsibility

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss caused by a brand changing or withdrawing an offer. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for unlocks in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we must do so by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you by email. If that does not work, the courts in India that have jurisdiction will decide it.
